✅ Return Eligibility

You have 120 days from the date your order was delivered to return or exchange an item.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

• Tags must still be attached (if applicable)

• Must be free of stains, pet hair, deodorant marks, or fragrance

• Personalized or custom items are final sale and non-returnable

Want a different size, color, or design?

✔️ We’ll send your new item once your original is on the way back to us


💸 Return Shipping

• U.S. Customers: Return labels are provided through AfterShip; a $4.95 flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

• Exchanges ship FREE!

• International customers: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.


💳 Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• You’ll be refunded to your original payment method

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

 

💡 Partial Refunds May Be Issued

If items are returned damaged, worn, or outside the 120-day window, we may issue only a partial refund or store credit at our discretion.
